Soy analista programadora. Trabajo con equipos que crecieron más rápido que sus procesos: usan un sistema que nadie actualiza hace años, cada área resuelve lo suyo por separado, y nadie tiene tiempo de sentarse a ordenarlo.
Mi trabajo de base es el análisis: entender cómo se trabaja hoy y por qué, encontrar dónde está el problema real, y recién al final elegir la herramienta. No entrego un flujo de trabajo y me voy: dejo la capacidad instalada en el equipo. Lo hice en capacitación corporativa, en cines, en comercio minorista y en e-commerce. Cambia el rubro, no cambia el método. Trabajo con equipos, y también con profesionales independientes que necesitan ordenar lo mismo a otra escala.
I'm a systems analyst and developer. I work with teams that outgrew their own processes: they run a system nobody has updated in years, every department solves things on its own, and nobody has time to sit down and sort it out.
My core work is analysis: understanding how the work actually happens and why, finding where the real problem sits, and only then choosing the tool. I don't hand over a workflow and leave: I leave the capability inside the team. I've done this in corporate training, cinemas, retail and e-commerce. The industry changes; the method doesn't. I work with teams, and also with independent professionals who need to sort out the same things at a different scale.

Miro cómo se trabaja hoy y hablo con quien lo hace todos los días. Recién después defino qué hay que resolver y con qué herramienta, que muchas veces es una que ya tienen.
I watch how the work happens and talk to the people doing it daily. Only then do I define what needs solving and with which tool — often one they already have.
02 · Automatización e IA con criterio02 · Automation & AI, with judgment
Antes de automatizar algo decido si conviene: qué se gana, qué se rompe y quién lo va a mantener después. Muchas veces la respuesta es que no. Cuando sí, diseño el flujo y defino cómo tiene que funcionar. Conozco Make, Zapier y n8n porque los uso, así que la decisión no es teórica.
Before automating anything I decide whether it's worth it: what you gain, what breaks, and who maintains it afterwards. Often the answer is no. When it is worth it, I design the workflow and define how it needs to behave. I know Make, Zapier and n8n because I use them, so the call isn't a theoretical one.
Lo que define el resultado no es la herramienta: es decidir qué vale la pena automatizar y qué conviene dejar como está.
What defines the outcome isn't the tool — it's deciding what's worth automating and what should be left alone.
03 · Capacitación03 · Training
Capacité a más de sesenta personas en empresas, instituciones públicas y de forma particular. Preparo el material según a quién le estoy enseñando, con ejercicios que se parecen a lo que esa persona hace todos los días.
I've trained over sixty people across companies, public institutions and one-on-one. I prepare the material for whoever I'm teaching, with exercises that look like what that person actually does every day.
04 · Puesta en marcha04 · Rollout & adoption
Una vez definida la solución, me encargo de mostrar cómo funciona. Me siento al lado de quien la va a usar, le explico y resuelvo las dudas que aparecen con el uso, hasta que pueda seguir sin mí.
Once the solution is defined, I make sure to show how it works. I sit next to whoever will be using it, walk them through it and answer the questions that come up in real use, until they can carry on without me.

El orden importa. Saltear el paso 2 es la razón por la que la mayoría de los sistemas de gestión terminan abandonados.The order matters. Skipping step 2 is why most management systems end up abandoned.
Antes de proponer nada, entiendo el proceso real: quién hace qué, por qué se hace así, y qué se usa todos los días sin estar registrado en ningún lado.
Before proposing anything, I map the real process: who does what, why it's done that way, and what gets used daily without being recorded anywhere.
Ningún sistema controla lo que no tiene una ubicación estable y un nombre único. A veces eso es un depósito señalizado y estanterías numeradas; a veces es un catálogo unificado, un criterio de SKU o una convención de nombres compartida entre áreas. Esto viene antes de tocar el software.
No system can track what has no stable location and no unique name. Sometimes that means a signposted storeroom and numbered shelves; sometimes it's a unified catalog, an SKU convention or a shared naming standard across departments. This comes before touching any software.
Con una base ordenada, la herramienta se elige por lo que el caso necesita: el sistema que ya tienen, una planilla, una plataforma, una automatización. La herramienta es consecuencia del diagnóstico, no al revés.
With an ordered base, the tool follows from what the case needs: the system they already own, a spreadsheet, a platform, an automation. The tool is a consequence of the diagnosis, not the other way around.
Lo que entrego es el criterio documentado y un plan de acción concreto, para que cualquiera del equipo pueda sostenerlo. Si después conviene que yo implemente o siga a cargo del mantenimiento, se define en ese momento, por decisión de ambos y no porque nada funcione sin mí.
What I hand over is the documented reasoning and a concrete action plan, so anyone on the team can keep it going. If it then makes sense for me to build it or stay on for maintenance, we decide that at the time — by choice on both sides, not because nothing works without me.

La organización no tenía ningún registro de su acervo. Empecé por lo físico: numeré las estanterías para que cada libro tenga una dirección estable en el mundo real, y sobre esa base estoy construyendo el inventario digital. Sin ese número en el estante, la planilla sería una lista de deseos.
The organization had no record of its collection at all. I started with the physical layer: I numbered the shelves so every book has a stable address in the real world, and I'm building the digital inventory on top of that. Without that number on the shelf, the spreadsheet would just be a wish list.

El cuello de botella no era la carga: era que el material no existía. Los proveedores no siempre entregaban fotos utilizables —faltantes, baja calidad, marcas de agua—. Asumí el research de producto, la redacción de descripciones, la definición de variantes y la producción fotográfica propia cuando hizo falta.
The bottleneck wasn't data entry — it was that the material didn't exist. Suppliers didn't always provide usable photos: missing, low quality, watermarked. I took on product research, description copywriting, variant definition and shooting the photos myself where needed.

Tienda online completa: arquitectura de categorías, dominio, configuración de correos y direcciones, producción de fotos. En paralelo capacité a la dueña para que cargara ella misma: le expliqué qué es un SKU y por qué le conviene tener uno, y priorizamos juntas qué cargar primero según la temporada.
A complete online store: category architecture, domain, email and address configuration, photography. In parallel I trained the owner to load products herself: I explained what a SKU is and why she'd want one, and we prioritized together what to load first by season.
